1) As Spanish apple varieties clear USDA quarantine, Kate Bernot of DRAFT Magazine believes we’ll soon see Spanish cider from American soil. Until then, celebrate Primer Sidre l’Añu (First Cider of the Year) this weekend in Gijón, Asturias.
